Apparently it is true -- he died broke and some of his ex team mates now want to set up a Trust to raise money to educate and look after his two sons. His wife is specifically excluded from these arrangements. What a surprise !! Regards Peter in NZ

The '' New Zealand Herald '' today has the front two pages devoted to this story. Jonah was in debt to the tune of 1.5 to 2 million dollars at the time of his death. He was urged to get into property speculation by his agent and his wife -- neither of whom had any experience in this sort of thing. No doubt more will surface over the next few days and no doubt the blame game will start. Regards Peter in NZ.
