Good Morning Shipmates. Greetings from OZ I was AB on the Empress of England in 1958 and I remember bosuns mate Taffie Williams very well. Harry Tonks was Bosun at that time. A gentleman and a scholar. I also sailed with Martin Quinn on the Empress of Britain. Martin did get a lot of stick, but he was fine with me. I am still into my weeties, but no more salad trays.
