i sail on the m.v redcar in 1962 from newport s wales could you tell me if she was one of the bolten line.

m.v.REDCAR (ore carrier) -O.N.- 187304 - 10,746 Grt, Built 3/1956. By Smiths Dock Co,South Bank-was indeed Bolton SS Co.(North Yorkshire Sg.Co.Ltd.) ,and registered Middlesbrough. . In 1971she was sold to Denholm Ship Management( specifically St.Andrews Shipping Co,) and still registered Middlesbrough.,being renamed DUNBLANE-;then in 1973 to Greeks being renamed ADY,registered Piraeus.
She was broken up at La Spezia ,Italy in 12/78.

MV Dunblane
This was the first ship I ever sailed on 1972. A trip up to Narvik n back. Thanks for the photo.
