got my rating on this one a great trip , and 28 pound a month too boot, sailed too the west coast of the states and north west canada, came back with a load of deck cargo wood that is , across the atlantic in a winter storm looking up at 40 foot waves, with the deck only about 10 foot from the waterline , when I see the old wartime convoy movies it brings back memories of that trip

Memories
Some good and i supose sad memories for you Neville,anyway i know that we all had our good and bad times,but for me more good than bad!
Sounds as though you did some rough trips (the Sea that is) and those huge waves must have been a bit awesome mate!
Remember a few rough trips too through the Atlantic!
