Yes there does seem to be very few Blue Flue connections on the site. Especially in the later years of the seventies. I will try to find photos for you. Lin

Hi Lin,
whilst it sounds like a good idea, it really does stop others enjoying the tales of others as we are all interested in others experiences in other companies, like we used to when we were at sea, when we used to say in the messroom or saloon "have you sailed with xxxxxx ?". So lets continue to share experiences, it then jogs our memories of more stories for ourselves and others to enjoy
Also if you go into "Forums" you will note that Blue Flue do have a forum dedicated to them in "Shipping Company Forums"
Regards
Ivan

Blue Funnel .....
For anyone wanting information about Blue Funnel, there is so much info on the net.
I can begin by suggesting the following two to begin with:-
IAN COOMBE'S SITE
MERCHANT NAVY OFFICERS SITE.
(For this site, after it opens click on HISTORY tab[ below top line],then scroll down the red coloured pages list of shipping companies to 'Blue Funnel Links'.)
