Re: Help
Hi David you do not say exactly what type of model of the ships you require or how detailed etc. On ebay at this time there are are several models of the Empress of Britain for sail or auction ranging from about 30 - 700 pounds the cheapest being a dinky toy model which is of the ship that was sunk in the 2nd. world war and not the one that Captain Kong sailed on. There are other good memorable pieces on ebay including commemorative plates etc which can be a cheaper option. It is also possible to find plans of the ship and to make your own model which is probably quite daunting but there are people who will do it for you. everything comes down to cost of time and money etc. A shipbuilders glass cased model of the ship is probable somewhere north of 22000 quid. Any way good luck with your search and wait a little time to see what other replies you get to the post. Oh and before I log out welcome to the site. Cheers J.W.
