Sorry Doc this happens to me also, usually when I'm trying to submit several links which I have "tidied" before posting. I then copy & paste final composition and re-submit..... Voila

Ok so as I see it there is a Maximum of 5 Tags allowed to a Thread Starter,and Min of 3
There is also a Max of 25 Tags per Entire Thread,so is it this that is possibly causing the issue!
Are you trying to put in more Tags than allowed!
