G'day David and a warm welcome to you. Here in Oz you can be eaten by a croc ( no not a poli) stung by a jellyfish, poisened by a snake, ( no not a used car salesman) eaten by a shark, (no not a real estate agent) we have more deadly creatures here than any where else. But the grog is good.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

    Smile Ex Elmbank

G'day mates, i've just joined and still finding my way around. My name is Ross Davidson- Ross is fine and i joined the Elmbank at Immingham in September'68.First trip as 2nd Electrician. The first was from Newcastle, Gavin, the 5th Engineer was another Geordie - Ken, the 2nd Eng was Indian - Ted(couldn't pronounce his real name and the Chief Eng was a Mr Chamberlain(an Aussie) and he had his wife with him, ithink it was his last voyage. When we left LOndon, Bank line shut the office in Bury St and went home for a year or so and forgot about us!Would like to here if you ever crossede paths as we bumped into a few Bank"boats" around the world, Cheers all, Ross
