Re: Off around the planet again on Sunday.
Hi Brian.
Have a good time mate, and if you see a spot of rust up on the mast leave it to the crew to fix, and at the same time leave your roller brushes at home the hull will survive. Cheers and enjoy.

Well if you nip into Honolulu next week's Brian I think the Falls of Clyde is up for auction on the 28th they want 1.5 million Dollars as a bond but you could sail it all the way back home

Re: Off around the planet again on Sunday.
Well Capt Kong arrives here Tomorrow (5th March on his trip) and sails away again on the 6th the day I was to see him at the Quay in Sydney.
Sadly though plans have changed and I will not be able to get down to meet him and Anne ,as I have unfortunately had notifications that I have to attend Hospital on the that day and the day before.!
I had been in contact with him most all the time ,and it was very unfortunate that just after I received my Hospital notification, that his Phone Number seemed to not work any longer, reasons unknown. But before that I had sent him a message saying that there was the possibility of me not being able to make.
Our Roger however as far as I know will still be going so at least there will be someone there hopefully they will meet up and there will be no missing each other on that busy Circular Quay.
Hope they have a god meet with lots of old time chatting .
Cheers
Sorry Brian and Anne hope there may be a next time around!

Re: Off around the planet again on Sunday.
Well just as i had posted in another thread, Roger thankfully met up with Capt and Anne Today and apparently hada good few hours together which i am so grateful for ,as had Roger not gone Capt would have been in the Dark so to speak,as i could not contact him on his Phone the past few days for reasons i really dont know!
Anyway that said Roger also told me that Capt tried again to get me but seems he could not either!?? Strange that indeed both of us could not get to each other.
But seemed that all had a few good hours together and that is the main thing.
So sorry Capt when you read this, that I could not be there but I know that Roger did explain it all to you.
Hope you have a good rest of the Voyage to Singapore, and then after the Week there a nice Flight back Home!
It more than likely will be some time before you make yet another trip this way,but who knows!
Take care and Happy Memories of this World Cruise
Cheers
