Well guys and Gal, just to let you know I got home today, the operation was a success got out in three days, I’m not saying it’s not painful, I would be a liar, it’s bloody sore.
My Surgeon and his team were great, he met me at 0715 to let me know I was first on the list, the ward staff from cleaners to senior nurses were kindness in every way nothing was too much for them, I am glad..........so far I listened to you all, and went and had this operation, thank you, am having an early night tonight, I do not sleep well in busy four bed wards, so I will be back on tomorrow
Good to hear Bill that you are now home, lots of rest and you'll be grand I'm sure, worked for me.:) xx
Hi Bill , glad all has gone ok. As a matter of interest, i had the same op in January last year, and i was discharged with a drain in my stomach, which was taken out at home 3 days later, is that the same for you?, or are the Scottish hospital less crowded than down here, regards Keith T
Wishing that each day brings your renewed strength,
brighter times, and a healthier, happier you.
Get well soon.

#23, Hi Bill that's great news that you're home again and back in the comfort of your own bed, the soreness will ease day by day, and you'll be back to your old self before you know it, all the best mate. JFC
