Re: Sick
Hi Vernon.
Get well soon mate not a good thing you missing on the site. It may be to late now, but i have been taking Cappy's medicine all winter and so far touch wood I have not had a cold.
Chop up half a ginger root, boil for twenty minutes, strain and add two spoons honey, drink large spoon full as required when cold, has worked for me.
Cheers Des

Re: Sick
Vernon, have told you before you need real beer not ginger beer to keep you fit.
But however get well soon as we like your comments and need you to keep this lot in good order.
Cappy has offered to send Mary, complete with wooden leg, to act as your nurse.
Something about Greeks bearing gifts comes to mind LOL
