Guess I was a bit tetchy Doc, especially after organising everything around that day, as live in a cul de sac but with access to rear of hotel, trying to minimise inconvenience to neighbours and hotel and then the 'professionals' screw it all up, so my apologies if not my normal placid self LOL

Only half a mile away Doc, but might as well be 1000 as still have to jump through all the hoops with solicitors and the waiting game, will the money be transferred today or not, and as am fourth in a chain, it will be very late afternoon before we are allowed into new premises. Well the saturday boys have just arrived so bon voyage to crew mats as now signing off.
