They seek him here they seek him there that damned elusive pimpledick. JS
Cappy I’ve been trying to work out what HIM stands for and have decided it’s Honesty, Integrity, and Morality.
Your turn to work out what HER stands for.

Hi David I sailed on the AJANA during my engineering apprenticeship. I had done a few trips on the DONEGAL before that. After the final year of apprenticeship spent ashore in Birkenhead I joined the LIMERICK before emigrating to NZ and leaving the sea. I did not like the AJANA experience as the second engineer was an absolute bastard towards me as he did not agree with my sort of apprentice who did the 'Alternative scheme for marine engineer apprenticeships'
Felt like filling him in many times which I was well capable of doing but I would have been the loser. We had two third engineers on board from Bolton and they were great guys. Memories.
Hi Tom,
I sailed deep sea on Galway and Antrim 74/75 I was Jnr Eng. I also was on the Arrino during sea trials. Did you ever come across these guys, all Jnr Eng at the time. Bob Burslem and Don Devoy from Antrim and Billy Veitch (Billy Wizz) and Steve Davis on Galway.
We must have just missed each other!
