John Oz, who keeps electing these leaders with stupid ideas. Did you ever think of running for public office?

Most are there for the perks at the time and when they retire.
Our retired state premier at 51 years of age went two weeks ag, $365,000 pension indexed for lie and a chauffer.
WE have had good polis in the past but the current lot on all sides need a clear out, most have been there too long.

As to the referendum, no matter the result we will still have a divide.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Perhaps a problem today with a lot of Politicans some may be lacking in actual work experience . Straight from school into Uni get a 2.1 then screw it all up.

WE have four cabinet members in feral parliament and who knows how many in their various state ones who have never done a days work in their life.
From school to uni where they get involved with the young political group of their choice.
Thena job as a staffer for a poli, then into a safe seat.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Well John why bother voting for any of them. I believe it is the law in Oz that you have to vote ? Is there not a section on the ballot paper you can tick or X saying you do not want to vote for any of the candidates? Are your elections on the lines of PR.
I suppose one thing about having a compulsory vote is it does give one the right to bitch about the Government. People in the Uk can vote if they wish or not but those who do not vote should not bitch about the a Government. Have a moan by all means just as long as you voted for some party or other.

#16 well whoever you profess to be and whatever title you pick to work under , whatever you come up with leaves a lot to be desired .you are certainly not a conveyor of harmony and always trying to get your beak in to cause the opposite , are you tapering off the anti British now as is a no goer. I am not bitching so there is no opening for you with your weird sense and smell of getting in there and twisting anybody’s input. You would leave Goebells and Lord HawHaw one of your countryman miles astern. If you don’t know Aussie politics you should just keep quite the same applies to most subjects you dribble about. JS

I do tend to agree with James about voting, if you don't vote, don't moan about the outcome.

Then he should put on his posts the number of the post he is replying to. The. Actions of a very insidious person by not doing so . But I already knew that from episodes of the past .JS
