    Looking for information on the S.S Deva about 1861.Especially her owners and what type of ship Probobly a coaster.

    Hi Vern many thanks for prompt reply.The person Iam trying to help claims that her Gr Great grandfather
    was master of the S.S Deva in 1861 he was William Lamplough.And thinks the ship belonged to a company from either Goole-Hull-or Grimsby.
