Ship owners and Spanish Civil War

I am researching a book on the Spanish Civil War and foreign (non-Spanish) navies and merchant marines and I wonder whether any members might be able to help me?
Firstly, I am seeking an image of Captain William Roberts, master of the Seven Seas Sprey, and his daughter Florence
Secondly, I am seeking biographical information and, if possible, images, of the following ship owners:
Claude Angel, Jack Billmeir, David Barnett, Alfred Pope and Charles Strubin.
Any help or advice will be very gratefully received and acknowledged.

Captain of British foodship and his daughter feted after running Bilbao blockade. Captain W. H. Roberts of Penarth, who ran his British foodship Seven Seas Spray through the insurgent blockade of Bilbao was guest of honour at a special luncheon given in Durango, near Bilbao by Don R. M. Aldasoro, the Councillor of Commerce and Supplies. Also at the luncheon was the skipper's 20-year-old daughter Miss Fifi Roberts. She described the blockade as all my eye and Betty Martin [phrase meaning nonsense]. It is as easy as rolling off a log. Photo shows: Captain W. H.
