    Default question for radio officers

    Would somebody with the knowledge please explain the numbers on the telegram which i had sent to my sister 59 years past. thanks in advance Roger M

    The telegram you sent was sent to the ship Trebartha via Portishead radio on the 13.08. 0010 hrs, the 87 would be the time received by GKA from the office you sent it from, will ask my mate who worked at GKA to decipher it completely we need the full preamble of the telegram. Rgds Den

    Thanks for the reply Denis however i was in the radio shack with the sparky composing the telegram for my sisters birthday which was June 63 that is why i didn't understand the numbers in question after 8 0010 was deliver 10th. the remainder was the delivery address in the UK. R
