With so much coming out about his health one thinks there must be some truth in it.

Biggest worry is the comment by one of his doctors who said,
'his condition is seeing him making what many say are not the right ones, his mind is not operating as it should'

With this in mind, and his latest scream that he will do something to Norway, makes me wonder.

Is he in such bad health, close to falling off the perch, that he could well drop the bomb knowing USA would reciprocate but he would not care about that.
