UCLK regulations,
If you drop the soap while in the shower do not bend over to pick it up'
As to age, I am a 16 year old with many, many years experience, some of it not to be released.
Happy daze John in Oz.

Re: Joining the merchant navy
Last birthday 89, this morning my wife came out to the kitchen to find me standing on the kitchen sink taking down the curtains, our windows are one and a half meters high, I said "I Know, I Know I should have got the ladder.", then I nearly fell off.

So Des, Does that mean I can do stupid stuff for two more years, since you seem to have ?
I have orders to stay off ladders, but having a hard time remembering. Ha, ha, have stood in the sink a lot of times to fix stuff. Hard to take sailor’s improvisation out of us …. Cheers, Keith Adams.

Re: Joining the merchant navy
Try Grimsby Institute Humber Maritime College, established 2019 for engineering officer cadets but may have progressed to Deck Officers by now. In my time there 65-68 Grimsby College of Technology as it was had a very fine MN cadet training scheme with an enviable reputation.
