I am looking for information on a Herbert Frank Mullins who served in the merchant navy from 1917 on the ships protecting troop and supply convoy ships and then onto the home guard as fire watch in exeter in ww2 , ideally looking for a service history so if anyone knows how or where we could get it , would be much appreciated

Herbert Frank Mullins was born 29th march 1900 and his daughter thinks he was a radio operator ,but we dont have much info at moment
