Added As Des says may be a fire damaged Ship, as i see all her Lifeboats are gone, possibly all burnt!

Mike, is she lying alongside somewhere in the middle east?(Jeddah) I am thinking she may have been used for carrying Pilgrims to Saudi for the Pilgrimage to Jeddah/Mecca.
