Just spotted this
I was looking at a Manx website to see if there are any motorcycle races planned for later on in the year as I already know the TT has been cancelled for this year already.
If I was a ferry operator employing vessel on the North Channel/Irish sea routes I would be in no rush to modernise my current fleet.

A new high-speed line between London and Birmingham is meant to be ready by approximately 2029,
how long might it take for this under water venture ?

I wonder if the PM will pay a visit to the Fairy Bridge .A superstition associated with the Fairy Bridge is that passers-by must greet the fairies as they cross it; it is considered bad luck not to greet them.

He will cross that bridge when he comes to it- he's already cursed.

Re: Just spotted this
Look at Faroe Island tunnels. Tunnel opened December last year, complete with roundabout, so not so far fetched as some would believe.

At what cost over how long, prefer more spent at least
on our NHS and hospitals. My preference.
