Keith concerning the three that Boris is on about it will never happen but I am sure someone will be making a lot of money to come up with a feasibility study.

As to speeding, here in Oz it is illegal to go over the limit to overtake, argument being if the guy in front of you is at the limit why do you need to overtake?
