    Default Convoy RB1

I am trying to trace a list of crew members of a boat called Southland and medals awarded by King George V1 It was part of Convoy RB1 which sailed from Newfoundland Sept 21 1942. The convoy was attacked by u boats and the crew of the Southland were credited with a "probable" sinking of one of the u boats. I have most of the information about the actual convoy crossing. But without crew names I am finding it quite difficult to get information on the awards.

    • Maritime History Archive in Canada – holds approximately 70% of the surviving crew lists and agreements for 1863-1938 and 1951-1976
