No chance,
of 18 houses in my avenue, four are English, 13 are moo slims, they only celebrate a bombin, and one Indian, who really are good,
I am in Fleetwood at the moment but when we get home we have some wine bottles for them.

I also emailed my MP, Victoria Atkins. I was surprised to receive a reply the following day from her office asking permission to share my email with the minister for aviation, maritime and security. Being the cynic I am I think this is the old and trusted method of buck passing, let someone else deal with the problem. I could be wrong and will happily apologise if this is the case.

Experience in writing to such entities has taught me a lot about how governments work, or at least tell the public they do.

Replies will always inform you that your correspondence has been forwarded to the appropriate department for consideration.
You may well in time receive a reply, one that if you read and decipher it will show that it tells you nothing they do not want you to know.
I often wonder how much the spin doctors they use are paid?
