If you want to travel to ozzie by sea, Cunard have regular sailings and in the past CMV have had cruises out of Aussie with delivery trips. Ships include Arcadia, Black Watch & Madgellan as wellas others.

There area couple of cruise lines doing world cruises which could be used to go from one country to another.
They do various legs and there are some from Sydney to UK, takes a while though, and it is a lot cheaper to go by air, even first class.

I see in this weekends Australian newspaper an advert for CMV advertising a trip on the Vasco de Gama from London (Tilbury) to Sydney, depart 9 October 2020 and return in February/March 2012. Cunard also have regular runs to Australia as well as some of the major lines with there floating villages.

No so sure about the Vasco da Gama.
This is the one that had engine problems last week.
But yes, there area number of ways you can now sail between UK and Oz.
