I can't read any of the letters in the name, but suggest that the second word is PROSPERO.

As my Eyes are not as good as some of yours that have looked at this ,i cannot see any names at all.
However i have been searching high and low,but as yet nothing comes up with that name.
Will keep looking though who knows! Rosalie and Prospero or both together??

Hope it can be solved Mike.

There are i thnk two Main Ports of which i dont think this ship is at,so as said to aid in search possibly d you know the name of this small port!??

Looks very much like sand dredger working off the beach at Benalmadena during my recent holiday there over the last two weeks. She reclaimed sand(if you could call it that) from the channel to enter the marina and then deposited it back on the receeding beaches down along the coastal beaches.
Sure she was of the same name. Prospero xxxxxx rigs a bell for her name
