Have an friend who makes a great rum cake. Amazing the difference when one uses real rum instead rum extract. New experience for me.

Talking earlier with my mother, she asked that I reiterate her thanks to all involved in Canada. It sailed from Barry to Liverpool where it picked up a local cargo and went up the Manchester Canal to Salford and after that crossed the Atlantic to ports in Canada and the USA. TJG.
