    Default Lusitania

    Hello,
I intend to have 4 professional models built of Lusitania.

I prefer the ship model with the bulkheads painted white, bow inclusive. In my option makes this a more handsome model. When Lusitania sank, these bulkheads were painted black.
Does anyone know when Lusitania had a white collar ??

    Regards,
    Nico

Apparently, The Lusitania was confused with the Titanic and that is why it was painted in black thereafter ?

"The white painted upper part of Lusitania's bow was gone by the time of her maiden voyage on September 7, 1907. That was
over three years before the advent of the Olympic class so there was no danger of Lusitania being mistaken for Olympic or
    Titanic".

The above maybe a possible answer ?

    K.
