    what is the flag shown as my avatar here indicating? this one still used today and as far back as anyone here can remember happy hunting lads terry.

    Oh yes many a night in port I should have hoisted that flag only to replace it with a blue peter in the morning.

    Hi Terry.
    It's to show they have a diver down with the bends, the blue on top is how much blood with no oxigen and the red lower half shows how much red port he's got left in him.

    Well Lads, over here the flag for a diver in the area is white background with a red diagonal.
    Never seen the other one.
