I have a list of all the ship's my dad was on this is what I can make out from the information I got from kew.

Was there a ship called the DO DO. as this apairs three times on the crs 10. 29-6-49, 9-5-50, 13-7-51.
What is a cso 56 issued 6-10-50 and again 6-3-52 own request?

I would suggest you post the CRS 10 as an attachment so we can take a look......some of those ship's names that you have transposed are incorrectly spelt - not surprising as a CRS 10 can be difficult to interpret sometimes.
It is CRS 56 (Transfer of a seaman to national registration and civil rationing).Quote:

She was built for the Hamburg South American Line and sailed on the Hamburg to River Plate route until 1932. During the war she performed various duties and was captured together with Pretoria in Copenhagen in May 1945. She trooped under the management of the Anchor Line until her break-up in 1956.
