I have no complaints about the NHS.

I saw a Consultant at Manchester`s Wythenshawe Hospital, week before Christmas and had an operation last Tuesday, by a beautiful blue eyed blonde Plastic Surgeon, to cut out the Cancer. It was as big as a sausage. got the stitches to come out next week.
Three weeks, it would have been two weeks but for Christmas and the New year. so they have saved me a lot of grief. Still a bit knackered, took a lot out of me but happy it has been done. They were very efficient.
Hope its OK soon, I am off to the Pacific Islands in three weeks.
    Cheers
    Brian

#12. Good to see you back aboard Kong. This ''beautiful blue eyed blonde surgeon'' who handled your 'sausage' during the procedure, we're you quite sure as to the gender of the good doctor?

Thank you for your comments gentlemen.

Some people say 13 is unlucky for some.

Number 13 is hopefully a Lucky Number for me.........

When I was 13 I was voted `Mr Junior Tarzan` with Number 13 at Butlins Holiday Camp, Clacton on Sea, Essex. I have the photo to prove it.
My life was saved by a lad from South Africa at Bonza Bay on December 13, my mate Ken Died.
My House Number in Bolton is 13
My Fleetwood House is also 13
In 2013 my life was saved in Honolulu with an operation after being told I had four days left to live without it.
On November 13 last, 2014 A cancer was cut out of my shoulder.
On January 13 last week I had another operation to remove a Cancer.
and in just over three weeks I am sailing on February 13.
    .
So Hopefully I will be clear for my next trip.
    Cheers
    Brian

#7- look forward to seeing you back aboard JP, looks like you'll be spending a few bob with a Sturla's Cheque replacing all your old gear after that weight loss. Keep the faith and hope you're out and about soon.

    Stoke Mandeville Hospital:

fortunately lived near Stoke Mandeville Hospital and have received the best life saving care, but would not have fared as well possibly if the distance had been greater ? Stoke Mandeville Hospital
