The date i have is the 8th May 1945 VE Day Swansea Docks.
But if now then will go with whatever may assist!

Swansea Harbour Trust was at one time going to be called Swansea Harbour Investment Trust the men would'nt wear the cap,do you blame them with those initials on the badge.
