Hi Kenneth,
I was on the New Zealand Star 1953/4 and later heard about the murder and the Scotland Yard Detctive dying in his bunk on board during his enquiries.
I wrote about it on here, last June I think it was, and no one knew anything about it. But the lad from North Wales, [ cant think of his name now , ex Policeman., its getting late, ] he suggested writing to the Records Department at Scotland Yard. I told Roy Derham but have heard nothing since. go on search it may be in there.
Cheers
Brian.
