Plenty of natural heat without a fire. Just the usual gawkers parking their cars all over the place on the front grass, suppose it will flatten the weeds. Fire is now out as all the noisy paraffin budgies gone. I hate them noisy things. They did also start taking water out of the lake, only the big one went to the sea to collect, so must be some fish got the shock of their lives being sucked up and dropped on the fire must have thought they were going to be some ones fish supper, pity they hadn't sucked up a few sharks that have been sighted recently, still never know maybe they did. Cheers John S Temperature today only 37.

Living in Oz, particularly Victoria, South Australia or NSW there will always be the threat of bush fires during the summer. You learn to live with that fact and hope it will never happen to you. But so many events acn trigger such fires, natural causes such as lightening strikes, but worst of all idiots who deliberately light them. But tey can be caused by sparks from an angle grinder or a lawn mower striknig a rock. Then some are caused by sun reflecting through a glass bottle careless left behind by someone who does not care, a cig butt dropped from a car. There are so many ways in which they can start. All we can do is be vigillent and hope that if one does break out the various fire authorities can cope.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
