I have said before hate is not a word i like .
While i do not like the Japanese or the Koreans hate does not come into it .
I could say the same about the Germans about the way they sank the G/Castle it was very savage

Lou I have to agree with you on this one, hate is a very strong emotion and not one that should be used lightly.
Dislike for what they did may be better way to say it with a concept that waht they did was barbaric and outside of normal warfare.

Indeed the word hate is a very harsh one,and should not be used lightly,if ever at all!
Dislike is far better if one has to use something!
So I too will agree here!

This is a little story of what happen to me it concerns black market that was going on .The main reason why it carried on was to get food because we was always hungry .
Anyhow i was to go on a working party to dig fortifications for the Japs as we lined up outside the jail and the guards walked down the rows of us i had a pair of shorts in my hand because i was wearing a fundoshi ( a line g String)most of the guys wore these because it was it was hot and also it was easy to keep clean .
The reason i had the shorts was to change into them later on but one of theguards thought i was going to sell them anyhow this B+*****d hauled me out of the line gave me a wallop and took the shorts of me then pushed me back in the line that was that minus a pair of shorts

Lou, intimidation of thees nature may have had a greater effect than a beating in some cases. But no matter what they did thye were still an evil lot.
