    Yes. His mother was of Irish descent (Annie O'Connor) and his father a welshman - Thomas Corbett.

    I only have a blue seaman record book/Certificate of Discharge - I dont have a CRS10 unfortunately.

    His CRS10 should be held in this Series at the NA which as said will hold al his Service Records ,a personal visit is the way to go

    Sadly not. No names I recognise. He lived in Bristol from the 1970's where he was a chef and met my mother.
    His birth place was Reynoldston, Swansea.
    It says on his book that he was a member of the NUS - No 344678 (Not sure if this means anything at all?)
    It looks like service was discontinued around 1967 - last ship listed was British Guardsman 301004 - Liverpool, March 1965 - FRGN (Voyage description) and rating was S.Cook/Baker

    NUS National Union of Seaman FRGN foreign Going in other words not local , To other ports somewhere not only UK.

    All other Ships except for the
    Earlsfield were broken up at some stage the Earsfield was the only one that was in a collision
