Ben Line 1970 - 1972
My name is Brian Robertson and I joined Ben Nevis in Liverpool for my first trip as 7th engineer. Also coated with Ben Venue . I lLeft Ben Line in 1972 as 5th engineer looking for promotion which I got with Hudson Steamships. 3rd engineer on Ben Nevis was a guy called Martin and 4th engineer was a little red haired guy called Jack.

Re: Ben Line 1970 - 1972
Hi Keith
The Scottish Maritime museum in Irvine may appreciate it
I haven't been there for a good while but certainly didn't notice a Ben Line house flag
I did however spot of all things one exhibit...... the actual boat I took my lifeboat ticket in that certainly makes me feel old :-)

Re: Ben Line 1970 - 1972
I did visit the museum at Irvine a few years ago, was near the then base for the City of Adelaide. https://www.cityofadelaide.org.au/
Thanks Ronald, I will make contact.
Meant to be that way again soon and could be ideal.
Keith.
