Default I think I would rather jump overboard.

I posted THIS yesterday but it would appear to have been lost in the ether and the upgrade, so I have posted it again as I think it is well worth a look. I would love to have been privy to the comments of the lifeboat's passengers I bet people would pay to do that !!!!!!!!

I have done that without the somersault, I do not like those Free fall boats. can be quite painful if not sat straight.

    Chris
Saw that on LinkedIn. Think they got something desperately wrong, possibly put most of the passengers at the front of the boat making it bow heavy. If you did not distribute the weight evenly in those boats you got all sorts of weird actions as they hit the water. One time we launched ours and the weight was not evenly distributed port and starboard. Boat hit the water, dived in and came up with engine running but heading almost 0 degrees from direction of entry and nearly ended up smacking into the dock wall. I always enjoyed the free fall ride but certainly would not has enjoyed that one, even worse than a Busch Gardens roller coaster ride.

    Chis,

I got a good belly-laugh out of that, thanks.

Can you post a link please. My best friend is going on a cruise and I'd love to play a joke on him. I owe him a big one.

    Cheers, Rodney

every day I pass seaforth terminal I see bulkers{grain} and often wondered if a bulk carrier is sinking by the head and you had to abandon ship how high can these things be launched from as they are already many metres out of the water before the angle is raised is there a safety limit? I would not like to be in one at say 100 ft up I have posted this before but never got a conclusive answer?{come on lads / lasses } get the thinking caps on please..jp

LMAO, Brilliant Chris I was wondering what the guy who appeared at the ar*e end of your clip had to say when he opened the after end hatch before falling back into the free fall I didn't see anyone appear after Dons. Terry.
