Palm Line Reunion 2016 Help required, please

This is just to inform you that Elders of Elders reunion lunch date

is on Thursday the 16th of June this year and on the strength of

that I have now made a firm booking for our own Palm Line

reunion dinner the evening before on Wednesday the 15th of

June again at the Grove House Hotel Wallasey, from 1800 hrs.

A little early but you know what it's like trying to get a berth

on Apapa Quay in the rainy season? Hope to recruit a few more

Crew members this time. Will be it touch nearer the time.

I certainly remember a few of those names. I was second mate on Ibadan Palm for a couple of years ended up on Lloyd Australia in the end days of Palm line before moving to the ferries for the last 30 years. Senior Master noe on Spirit of Britain, biggest and best cross channel ferry
