    Default Maid of the Loch

Work begins on million-pound refurbishment of historic Maid of the Loch

This week, the paddle steamer, Maid of the Loch, is set to undergo a historic process to allow significant refurbishment works to be carried out on the ship only the second time it has been removed from the water in almost 40 years.

She didn't make out f the water, she slipped as she was being hauled ashore, causing people to run for safety.
She is currently berthed at her normal berth awaiting evaluation of the problem.
