ps you were lucky could watch the fireworks without staying up until midnight, we were in bed by 10-30.
Des, Living hear in L,pool at the stroke of midnight we at one time came outside our houses and all sang Auld Lang Syne with friends and neighbour's and the highlight was the blasts on the ships horns which we all remember. I was amazed how quite it was I think there was 2 ships horns my how times have changed Terry.
