    Des Fennelly,Dave Honeychurch, Capt and Milly Newson, George Coghill, Velusarias Atheadinadis, John (Sixes) Bennington-the Uckers champ, Young Adrian the engineering cadet,and to all the rest lost in the mist of memories.
    London Harmony, MV Victore, MV Shackleford, MT Overseas Argonaut, MT London Glory etc.

    Default london overseas frieghters

    did they also own an upmarket hotel in the embassy area of london.I stayed ,in the early 70,s in a small hotel that was mainly for foreign visitors doing business with a shipping company and from memory it was LOF.
    it was never advertised and i only discovered through a business contact of mine.

    The Head office was very posh!! it was in the embassy area, Balfour Place, Park Lane.

    i sailed onlondon harmony first trip 1960. the captain was called jeager. second engineer was gordon emerson.my number.r749240
