Default Flight of fancy or what?

Someone has come up with this concept of an all terrain cruise ship for Antarctic and Antarctica cruises, anyone going to book aa cruise on it if it ever comes to fruition?

I did a 35 day trip in the Antarctic in 2009, the most fantastic trip I have done. This was on the MINERVA, see below.
There is the Ice [ with sea water underneath] then the Rocks and high cliffs., It is going to be a tough vehicle to get around and if there is a weak patch in the ice and it falls through, that would cause a problem being stuck under the ice, no life boats there.
I would prefer to land in a zodiac and then hike around the ice and rocks, That is where the wild life is, such as millions of Penguins, Seals, Elephant Seals and all their crowds of relative's, I think the people would miss all that, The sound of a tractored vehicle would scare them all off.
That would be a waste of money and also not good for the animals.

    Cheers

Concepts abound and this is an example of thinking outside the square.

Would it work? All depends on costs and the willingness of people to visit and as Kong tells it take some risks with conditions of the ice.
    Happy daze John in Oz.
