Gary Murphy
I learned today from his wife, Michelle, that our friend and shipmate Gary Crossed the Bar on the 28th February, the day after his birthday.
We all extend our deepest sympathy to Michelle and to his family and friends and wish Gary a smooth and easy passage on this his final voyage.

Re: Gary Murphy
I have been in touch with Michelle over several months through another website system she has put a lot of effort and a lot of work into caring for Gary over the last year's and she is absolutely devastated by her loss.
I am sure that Michelle wouldn't mind me telling you this that in Gary's last year's he had some severe memory problems and although he was a cook in the Merchant Navy he had difficulty remembering his ships and who he sailed with so if anybody did remember him I'm sure Michelle would be grateful for any details that they had of gary's time at sea
