    Hi William.
    Welcome to the site hope you enjoy and maybe meet up with old shipmates. Was AB on quiet a few BP tankers in the 50s, only one coaster the British Scout.

    G'day William, see you were on the Hawthorn.
    Did her maiden voyage up around the Baltic region way back in 1964.

    Its nice to have new Blood on the Crew list!
    Great Line up you had there and good long Service as well.

    I also see that you were with British Tankers,but with all you have mentioned there is not the British Aviator which my late Brother was on around the 1960's

    Your R Number is around that of both mine and my Brothers he joined the Merch in 57 and I in 58.

    Hi William.
    a friend and neighbour in the facing house, was David Wallwork, Cadet and then up to Mate and Master with BP until they made him redundant..
    He later went in Rig Supply ships in the Gulf then to ship building in Viet Nam where he was killed.
    Just wondered if you knew him.
