My brother Brian Kirk will be 80 on 10th July. As a gift we are trying to collect some info about his time with Palm Line. I remember he definitely sailed on the Akassa Palm. I have managed to find a photograph of her but have no knowledge of other ships he served on. Anyone out there who might remember him we would love to get a few repeatable stories about your experiences. After the birthday celebration we would be pleased , with your permission ofcourse, to pass your name onto Brain so that you can both chat over past memories. Thanks

#1. Nothing ventured nothing gained . Your times with Palm Line and LOF May Line up with 2 people I knew , one was a relative who as an engineer with Palm Line who if you knew would be under the the name of Tommy Kempster. The other would be a surname of Dunbavin who would of either been master with LOF or superintendent of new. Buildings in Italy for LOF. Cheers JWS
