    That is correct Vernon - the CR10 relates to the Fourth Register of Seamen and that card specifically 1918/1919.

    Thank you for this information which will make interesting reading for my Mum. Unfortunately he died in his 40's two days after a work related accident. This resulted in a fatal accident report but they deemed the death to be not linked to his work accident.

    Thank you Marian. I am a member of Ancestry so will have a look at these trees. Interestingly enough the surname McWilliams is also part of my tree. This is maiden name of my great granny on my Dad's side. Much appreciated .
