i wonder what would have happened if all parties bar one was to make the government up lets say Cameron would have had no option but to ask the likes of the bnp to get into bed with the conservatives that would have set the cat amongst the pigeons you think!!!!jp:p{just a bit of mischief}

In most cases just being a politician is a lie all in itself. By the people, for the people, of the people????????????????????

our penny's must have finally dropped we {the country} are going to look at ?look at the aid money to countries that are already rich and may be skimming money of the top???? someone in government must have found an old newspaper ? how long has the ordinary person in this land known about this. dos this not make our politicians look even more dopey than they are. talk about a day late and a dollar short. are we really voting for this i must be in the wrong game!!!!!!!!JP

A person needs no qualifications to enter politics. These people hold a very well payed job,make and change laws without OUR permission saying "Its for the good of the country" but reading this and other threads it seems to be a World Wide issue of incompetent Governments. If you are plausible with a gift of the gab,(like most con-men) you can get into the HOUSE and by the time your found out and voted out, what the Hell ! you have made your money and connections and can move on to something better.:rolleyes:
Its time to man the Barricades Brothers.:mad:

Here in Oz the easiest way into politic is via a trade union. Do a good job there, bew the biggest rouble maker and the Labor party will welcome you with open arms.

John they will do the mirror act and look into it mate as they all do to diffuse the situation. Then form a commitee to get bigger mirrors and if necessary get a royal commission going to get even bigger mirror's. It is not and never has been about the amount of aid that they give out mate. It is about the percentage of commission that is the draw card for them. What can be creamed of with lucrative contracts or just outright corruption.

Very true Les, and to make sure they get the otcome thet want the Roayl Commision will be given guide lines to do just that. No gov ever calls for an enquiry unles they know the outcome before it starts.
