    HI Lou.
All the best mate. But remember that Drs are human, when we lived in Whangarei the Dr said I had a bad thyroid and wanted to give me pills for it, I said no thanks, since I came back over here in Aus I've seen a Dr and he had some tests done and said there is nothing wrong with your thyroid. Many of them are just pill pushers. Your toughness will see you Ok.
    Cheers Des

Well i went to the doctor this morning and the good news is that the tests was good .The doctor said that they think it was something to do with compost that could be right as a few days before i felt a bit crook i had been giving the roses some fertilizer and also some compost as a rule i wear gloves and a mouth mask but this time i did not bother as it was due to rain .
So that was that now i have broken out in a rash and it is very sore and itchy.
But it as put my mind at ease knowing the tests are ok.
Went down to the hotel that John Sabourn is staying at for two days left my phone number with the reception desk so i hope to meet up with him .

Yes Lou, thaere are many problems with gardens and gettinmg sick like that is not uncommon. I got a scratch from a Rose couple of years back and it took four weeks of treatment to cure the infection. Potting mix is the most dangerous and can if not handled correctly cause Legionela disease
    Happy daze John in Oz.

Life is too short to blend in.

Thanks Lou. Be in Dunedin tonight will be in touch. Pleased to hear your health ok now. Have only been able to get on computer if hotels have as do not carry own or a mobile phone, go completely the old fashioned way. Take care. You live in a beautiful country the bits which have seen. Alas the Dock areas of Auckland bear little resemblance to what I remember of years ago. Told the wife I did not frequent such areas in any case. Still looking for any cappy offspring with a touch of the tarbrush, nobody owned up yet. Cheers see you tonight or tomorrow hopefully, John S
